What is Process Design?

Process Design is one of three main subjects (or domains, as we call them) taught on the 3-year Enterprising Leadership Program at Kaospilot, along with Business design and Project design. In the new curriculum, which started in fall 2016, Process Design is spread out and integrated into the three years of the education. Prior to that there was a whole semester dedicated to Process Design and Process Consultation. Tora Sefeldt has been a Team Leader at Kaospilot for over 10 years. For five out of those ten years, Tora managed the process semester. We interviewed Tora and asked her to give us a crash course in Process Design and Process Consultation.
